V2ray Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
Please read these terms carefully before using v2ray's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the v2ray platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated herein by reference, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
To use the v2ray platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement stipulated by applicable local laws;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement;
- Not located in any region or jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited;
- Register with information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
V2ray reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to deny or terminate access without prior notice if the above requirements are not met.
The v2ray platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
User Accounts, Security and Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your name, phone number, and identity verification details — is accurate and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or anyone else — is your responsibility. v2ray is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or during withdrawal processing. v2ray reserves the right to request additional documents to ensure account security and meet applicable compliance requirements.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
By using the v2ray platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Manipulating games, bets, or payment systems in any dishonest or fraudulent manner;
- Sharing your account, using another person's account, or registering on behalf of someone else;
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international laws;
- Uploading or distributing harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content through the platform;
- Attempting to breach, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any credits or remaining balance, and appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the v2ray platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go e-wallet, FPX via local Malaysian banks, and DuitNow QR. v2ray does not accept cash, international credit cards, or cryptocurrency.
Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. v2ray is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties or technical issues beyond our control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed identity verification. v2ray reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals where there are signs of suspicious activity, outstanding compliance requirements, or unmet promotional conditions. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and will be displayed on the platform.
Fees: v2ray does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
V2ray is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits from betting. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
V2ray reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or as directed by the relevant authorities. Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid, unclaimed funds will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures.
All content, logos, software, designs, and brand names on v2ray are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links and Services: The v2ray platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. v2ray is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: v2ray reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or email at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the v2ray platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
